Ingredients:
Prawns: 1cup shelled and deveined
Onion: 1 cup chopped
Garlic: 1 pod (8-10 cloves)
Dry red chilli flakes: 1tsp
Green Chillies: 2 chopped
Black Pepper: 2 tsp crushed
Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp
Lime juice: 2tsp
Oil: 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Corainder leaves for garnish
Method: Apply salt and lime juice to cleaned and washed prawns. Keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, when hot add onion and chopped garlic together. Saute till transculent, Add red chilli flakes, green chillies and black pepper. Saute till it leaves aroma. Add prawns and fry for 2 min. Add tomato ketchup. Simmer for 5 min and check for the salt. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
This is a dry preparation which goes very well with chappatis and enough for 4 person.
